FAQs
What if a potential member has higher support needs?
Our community manager with meet with potential members for a tour and conversation. We will determine together, the best way to support a new member. Some may need to work with a professional to ease into the new environment. Others may need ongoing support person to attend with them. If you have a current provider, that is great. Need one? We have a list of potential support providers for you to consider hiring. Please come visit. We aim to be inclusive and very much welcome those who are not served well elsewhere.
Do You Offer Direct Services?
Disability Innovation Hub does not provide direct services but welcomes collaboration and offers connections with those who do! There is a great network of providers and experts to support members with resources such as housing, transportation, medical services, and employment. We will discuss possibilities with potential members during the interview process.
